About the Position

We are seeking a results-driven, strategic, and creative Director of Marketing to lead and manage all marketing efforts for our growing construction company. This leadership role is responsible for planning, developing, and executing marketing initiatives that generate leads, enhance brand visibility, and support business development goals. The ideal candidate has B2B marketing experience in the construction or related industries and demonstrates strong content creation, digital strategy, and analytics skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans aligned with company goals.
  • Digital Marketing & Web: Manage website (content, SEO, UX), monitor analytics (Google Analytics), and oversee digital advertising.
  • Lead Generation: Create and optimize SEO/SEM campaigns and lead funnels.
  • Content Creation: Design and produce materials for the website, social media, case studies, and email marketing.
  • Social Media: Manage content calendars; publish and monitor performance on LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
  • Email Campaigns: Build and manage segmented campaigns through platforms like Mailchimp or HubSpot.
  • Event Marketing: Coordinate marketing presence at trade shows, industry events, and networking functions.
  • Reporting: Track KPIs (traffic, leads, conversions), create performance reports, and adjust strategies accordingly.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • 7+ years of marketing experience, preferably in construction and B2B industries
  • Proficient with Google Analytics, WordPress, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CRM tools, and email platforms
