About the Position:
This Senior Superintendent will lead large, complex construction projects in Richmond, VA. You’ll oversee all on-site activities, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. As a key leader, you’ll manage and mentor a team of superintendents and assistant superintendents, driving performance and teamwork to achieve project success.

Requirements:

• Proven experience successfully leading large, complex projects valued at $75M+ (ideally $100M+).
• Expertise in commercial construction (Higher Education, Mixed-Use/Office, Light Industrial projects).
• A Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field – or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of experience in the construction industry, preferably with a general contractor.
