About the Position:

Superintendents for multifamily (apartment) construction are needed in several locations currently and long term. Mostly low-rise garden style, wood framed, with surface parking – 200 to 400 units per project. Some locations will have more project types that are high density, podiums,
wraps, mixed-use, etc. (3 to 7 floors) with parking structures

Salary range: $130k to $170k
