This role will plan, direct, and coordinate designated project activities, ensuring consistency with company strategy, project goals, and objectives. The Superintendent will also perform quality control and subcontractor/vendor coordination activities.
Requirements:
10+ year of supervisory experience as a Superintendent or Assistant Superintendent in building construction trades.
Experience in projects 50MM and up. Multifamily, mixed-use, residential, etc.
