About the Position
This is an outstanding opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Estimator to join a high-performing estimating team and work on impactful infrastructure projects across the DFW area. Key Responsibilities:

Assist in preparing accurate cost estimates for heavy civil construction projects

Perform takeoffs, quantity assessments, and cost analysis based on plans and specifications

Collaborate with senior estimators, project managers, and subcontractors

Help track and maintain historical cost data and estimating tools

Contribute to bid strategy and proposal documentation
Requirements

2+ years of experience in estimating heavy civil construction projects

Solid understanding of takeoff techniques and quantity analysis

Exposure to bridges and structures is a strong plus

Field experience required (internships or full-time work on construction sites)

Strong attention to detail, willingness to learn, and collaborative mindset

Familiarity with estimating software and MS Excel

Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred
