About the Position

This is an outstanding opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Estimator to join a high-performing estimating team and work on impactful infrastructure projects across the DFW area. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing accurate cost estimates for heavy civil construction projects

• Perform takeoffs, quantity assessments, and cost analysis based on plans and specifications

• Collaborate with senior estimators, project managers, and subcontractors

• Help track and maintain historical cost data and estimating tools

• Contribute to bid strategy and proposal documentation

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in estimating heavy civil construction projects

• Solid understanding of takeoff techniques and quantity analysis

• Exposure to bridges and structures is a strong plus

• Field experience required (internships or full-time work on construction sites)

• Strong attention to detail, willingness to learn, and collaborative mindset

• Familiarity with estimating software and MS Excel

• Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred
