About the Position

As a Project Manager, you’ll be responsible for leading the full lifecycle of construction projects—particularly in the public school sector. Your mission is to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Responsiblities:

  • Administer project contracts to maximize profitability and minimize risk

  • Communicate proactively with architects, engineers, field personnel, subcontractors, and vendors

  • Monitor and uphold quality standards across all trade partner work

  • Create and maintain detailed project schedules

  • Lead project meetings and manage stakeholder relationships

  • Serve as the lead negotiator for change orders and claim documentation

  • Identify and mitigate project risks in cost, schedule, and safety


Requirements

  • 5–7 years of construction experience (public school construction preferred)

  • Bachelor’s degree in construction, construction management, or architecture—or equivalent experience

  • Strong communication and customer service skills

  • Solid knowledge of building materials, codes, and construction techniques

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated

  • Team player with a solutions-oriented mindset
