2017 General Construction Compensation Review

Nov 17, 2017

Kimmel & Associates has a long history of providing the construction industry with helpful data. To that end, we are pleased to offer you the 2017 Kimmel & Associates General Construction Compensation Review. This is not a traditional salary survey; it is our assessment of current average compensation rates for a range of construction positions. Our team compiled this data through thousands of conversations with industry professionals throughout the past year. We are grateful to everyone who participated in these discussions. For this review, we have limited our results to the General Construction industry. Other construction industries and specialties are scheduled for later release dates.

Many thanks to those of you who have given us feedback on the construction salary information we have offered in the past. We are pleased to hear that so many of you have found this data useful. We do wish to underscore the fact that this Compensation Review is intended to be a starting place for research. There is no standard compensation rate for any particular job title because there are variations based on position, company, industry, and region. This review provides an average salary range for a generalized list of positions and locations. If you would like more detailed information about your specific company and position, please feel free to give us a call and speak with one of our consultants directly.

We hope this data serves you well. From all of us at Kimmel & Associates, we wish you all the best during this holiday season and into the coming year.
