2018 Mechanical and Electrical Construction Compensation Review

By CHARLIE KIMMEL on July 30, 2018

At Kimmel & Associates, we are pleased to be able to serve the construction industry by providing helpful data. To that end, we offer the 2018 Kimmel & Associates Mechanical and Electrical Construction Compensation Review. Rather than conducting a traditional salary survey, we perform a detailed analysis of average compensation rates for a range of construction positions. Our team compiled this data through thousands of conversations with industry professionals throughout the past year. We are grateful to everyone who participated in these discussions and gave us feedback. For this review, we have limited our results to the mechanical and electrical construction industry. We will release data from other specialties and industries at later dates.

This compensation review is intended to be a starting point for research. There is no standard compensation rate for any job title; rates will vary based on position, company, industry, and region. This review provides an average salary range for a generalized list of positions and locations. If you would like more detailed information about a specific company or position, please feel free to give us a call and speak with one of our consultants directly.

We hope this data serves you well. From all of us at Kimmel & Associates, we wish you the best throughout 2018 and beyond.
